Handover & Post-Delivery Support
Project scope, material grades, and a signed completion date are fixed before any mobilisation cost is raised. Nothing proceeds without written client approval.
Foundation, frame, and envelope built to IS specifications. Third-party structural audits at each milestone; reports shared with the client in real time.
All surface materials cross-checked against the original grade schedule. Supplier invoices and test certificates are compiled into the handover file before snagging.
Completion certificate, material file, and a 12-month post-handover support period are standard contract items — not optional upgrades.
Know your project type. Let's fix the timeline.
Bring your site, your brief, or just a category — we'll map it to a delivery schedule and material specification within the first meeting.
