▸ In Progress Now

Tracked by Milestone, Not by Render

Active sites publish real progress milestones — structure completion, MEP sign-off, finishing stages — against the contracted handover date. No speculative imagery.

Three residential and two commercial projects are currently in structural or finishing phase, each with an independent site supervisor and weekly milestone log.

See the Materials. Read the Dates.

A site visit takes ninety minutes. You leave with the structural certification, the handover schedule, and a cost breakdown — in writing.
